Small orders normally take around 2 business days to prepare before they are handed to the carrier. Preparation excludes weekends and holidays. Standard carrier transit typically takes another 3–4 days after handoff. These are separate stages: a 2-day preparation time does not mean delivery in 2 days.
Please allow approximately a week from ordering, and sometimes longer when weekends, holidays, your destination or carrier delays affect delivery. Timing is estimated, not guaranteed. Larger orders may take longer to prepare; contact orders@oneritualcoffee.com before placing a time-sensitive or bulk order.
We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited and guaranteed-date delivery are not available at checkout.
We will send shipment tracking when available. A shipping label may be created before the carrier receives the parcel. Check the carrier tracking link for the latest delivery estimate. If your shipment has not arrived by its estimated delivery date or tracking stops updating, email orders@oneritualcoffee.com with your order number so we can investigate.
If we cannot ship within the stated preparation period, we will notify you of the delay and offer the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
Please check your address and apartment or suite number carefully. Contact us immediately for changes; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by you will be discussed with you before reshipping. We will resolve confirmed errors on our side without additional cost to you.
